Printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing
Description
- Single-layer (SPF) - there is foil with conductors only on one side of the plate. This is the simplest and cheapest option.
- Double-layered (DPP) - foil coating on both sides. They have higher mounting density and strength of fastenings. Manufactured with or without metallisation.
- Multilayer (MLL) - consists of several layers of insulating plates connected through metallised holes to form an electrical circuit. Foil and printed conductors are present in all layers. Such boards are created by gluing single- and double-layer boards together.
Printed circuit boards with aluminium base - a metal plate coated with an electrically insulating substance is used as a substrate. Foil is glued on top. They are used for heat dissipation.
Milling 2 D, max. thicknesses - 6 mm and scribing
Description
There are two main ways of separating PCBs: milling and scribing
- Milling is the process of separating a board from a block along an arbitrarily shaped contour. It is suitable for almost any PCB contour. Milling is the most versatile way to separate PCBs
- Scribing - making linear incisions of a given depth on the surface of the panel on both sides, in order to facilitate the subsequent separation of boards. This is a rather cheap and fast method, but only boards with a rectangular contour shape are suitable for this method.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS
- Printed circuit board orders can be new and repeat orders
- A new order includes a fully completed order form and board topology files. Re-order - e-mail or fax with the name of the job, number of boards and the desired deadline, in case there are no any changes
- File names can be no more than 8 characters using Latin letters and numbers
- It is desirable to place the board name on the board field
PRICE
The cost of an order consists of 2 parts:
- production preparation
- board manufacturing cost
The cost of the order is influenced by:
- Urgency and order volume
- Board parameters: area, number of holes, material grade
- Additional board processing: mask, marking, coating, mechanical processing
- Type of information provided, necessity of project correction
Cost of tracing by agreement
Preparation of production is included in the invoice at the initial order
